Magdelena’s building complex is being developed in a quiet part of the center of Riga, on Antonijas Street, among the most ornate of architectural pearls in the Art Nouveau style. These buildings were built in the 1920's and 1930's of the last century, depicting the growing needs of society at the time and their desire for elegance, comfort and original form.

This is the part of the city containing the highly valuable Art Nouveau building collection, which has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The unique environment of the Art Nouveau and the distinctive many story construction, characteristic of the center of the city, brings insight into the particular environment by creating the right balance of harmony, high quality and ambiance. 

The Magdelena’s building complex concept maintains the balance between the construction characteristics of the quiet part of the center of Riga and the dynamic development of the nearby modern section of the city.
