Location. Magdelena’s buildings are being constructed in the center of Riga, on Antonijas Street, between Dzirnavu Street and E. Melngaila Street.

Environment. The quiet center is one of the most prestigious and luxurious parts of Riga, and has been included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Territory. Total Area of Land Plot 25 512 sq. m.

Architects. Project Author – Didrihsons Arhitekti Ltd., led by architect Gatis Didrihsons.

Project. On the 25 512 sq. m of land, a building complex has been planned, containing luxury apartments with terraces and balconies, offices for commercial use, shops, a parking garage, a pedestrian arcade and spacious green gardens.

Timeline. The project will be implemented in three phases. The first implementation phase of the Project is planned from 2008 – 2010, the second and third will be finished by 2012.

Funding. Funding has been provided by syndicated loan from Hansabanka and SEB Unibanka.
