Commercial space in the first implementation phase, with a total area of approximately 2 449 sq.m, will be located on the first level. It is also planned to build a separate office building with additional office space of 3 670 sq.m.

The commercial space will increase the quality of life. This will not be a place for supermarkets, but rather it will accommodate shops with individual access – organic foods, fruit and vegetable markets, and a bakery, where one will want to buy fresh products almost every day. This public space with small offices, exclusive boutique shops, restaurants, cafeterias, art galleries, beauty salons and other everyday service amenities will benefit not only residents of the Magdelena’s building complex, but the city in general.
